اَللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِيْ أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
Transliteration
Allaahummaftah Lee Abwaaba Rahmatik
Meaning
O Allah, open the doors of Your mercy for me.
Dua Before Entering Masjid: Important Extension
Along with this dua, there are two extensions to this dua. 1. Bismillah (‘Amalul Yawmi Wal-Laila by Ibnus Sunni, Hadith 88) and 2. Sending blessings and peace on the prophet Muhammad (Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith 465)

بِسْمِ اللهِ وَالصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى رَسُوْلِ اللهِ، اَللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِيْ أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
Transliteration
Bismillaahi Was-Salaatu Was-Salaamu ‘Alaa Rasoolillaah, Allaahummaftah Lee Abwaaba Rahmatik
English Translation
I am entering the mosque in the name of Allah. May blessings and peace be upon the messenger of Allah. O Allah, open the doors of Your mercy for me.
